Field of Corn
On a public lawn with Osage Orange Trees on the edges the Field of Corn is located.
The installation of 109 concrete corncobs positioned in rows and standing upright. Field of Corn was commissioned by the Dublin Arts Council and completed in 1994.
Each concrete ear of corn stands about 6 feet tall. To pour the corncobs were used three different molds.
The Field of Corn has become a popular art installation in Central Ohio.
