The small town is located directly on Route 66 and is between Gallup and Albuquerque.
Grants is the “Uranium Capital of the World” and has many Route 66 attractions: Like the Wayside Motel, Sands Motel and Grants Cafe, Roaring 20’s sign, The West Theatre.
Grants is also the door to great outdoor adventures: El Malpais National Conservation Area, the El Malpais National Monument and El Morro National Monument are nearby attractions.
