Jack Rabbit Trading Post

The Jack Rabbit Trading Post was bought in 1949 by Jim Taylor. The name is due to the statue of a black Rabbit Taylor used to take with him in his convertible on tour.

The Jack Rabbit Trading Post is over 70 years old.

The caretakers and renters are changed a lot, but not the Rabbit and the big yellow sign with the letters “Here it is” across the street.

In the shop you can buy a lot of Route 66 stuff and a replica of the rabbit and the sign, of course.
