Elmer's Bottle Ranch on Route 66

Elmer Long, who was once working at the cement factory in Oro Grande. He is a proprietor and cracked artistic genius. If you see someone with a Santa beard and wrinkled skin, you’ve found the right man. Elmer lives with his wife in a little wooden house behind the Bottle Tree Ranch.

Update: Elmer passed away in summer 2019. R.I.P.

The Bottle collection is a “forest” of over 200 ‘bottle trees’ made from recycled soda and beer containers, telephone poles and weathered railroad signs.

Everyday visitors from all over the world come to see this unique collection.
