Berlin Ghost Town
The Berlin Historic District is a cultural monument about 35 km east of Gabbs. The complex includes the ghost town of Berlin and is part of the Berlin-Ichthyosaur State Park. Since 1971, the Berlin Historic District has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
Berlin is a town built in the 1890s that is preserved in a state of arrested decay. But as a true Nevada ghost town, many of Berlin’s original buildings remain and some of its former residents are interred in the town’s cemetery.
Trails through the town site tell the story of Berlin and its mine. You can walk through the park or go by car.
It’s a fee area.
