Ward Charcoal Ovens State Historic Park

The Ward Charcoal State Historic Park is a state park in White Pine County, Nevada.
The approximately 250 hectares large park exists since 1969.

It is 18 km south of Ely and can be reached via the White Pine Mountain Road from Highway 50.
To see are six well-preserved stone ovens. These served around 1876 for charcoal production. The Ward Charcoal Ovens are registered in the National Register of Historic Places.

The fee is $5.
