“God Bless America” is an homage to Grant Wood’s 1930s painting “American Gothic.” The statue built by Seward Johnson is 23 foot tall.
This giant statue ist temporarily based in front of the Riverfront Museum in Peoria.
It is traveling all over the states. Before it was broght to Peoria it was in Elkhart, IN, Des Moines, IA and Chicago, IL
